Once a hospital or rehabilitation center stay is over, you may need continued help at home, whether it’s to recover from an illness or injury, or support in caring for an ongoing medical condition.
AnVient HHS will soon provide private duty caregivers for in-home health care and medical services to support continued recovery as well as care for ongoing conditions such as COPD, congestive heart failure, heart disease, diabetes, and cerebral vascular diseases. Whatever assistance you or your loved one need at home, we’re here to help.
In May 2018, AnVient HHS will offer specialized medical care and senior home health care, including:
- Catheter care
- Wound care
- G-Tube feeders
- Lab venipuncture
- First Aid/CPR
